How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Custom-built completes may require an additional 24-48 hours for assembly before being dispatched from our warehouse.
What is your return policy on decks and hardware?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original shrink wrap. Please note that once a deck has been gripped or hardware has been mounted, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer a warranty against board breakage?
We provide a manufacturer's warranty against delamination and structural defects. However, we do not cover 'snaps' or 'stress cracks' resulting from heavy landings, improper tricks, or normal wear and tear.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installment plans through Shop Pay.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely preference-based, but generally, 7.75" - 8.25" is ideal for technical street skating, while 8.5" and above is preferred for transition and pool skating. Check our 'Sizing Guide' for a detailed breakdown.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Scum Skateboarding ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
